1 Tbsp olive oil
1 tea sea salt
1/2 tea pepper
1/4 tea rosemary
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup chicken stock
1 tea tomato paste
2 lb ground turkey
1 cup plain bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup ketchup
*Preheat over to 325 degrees.
* In medium sauce pan combine olive oil, salt, pepper, rosemary, worcestershire sauce, chicken stock, and tomato paste. Mix well, bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Then allow mixture to cool to room temperature.
* Combine ground turkey, bread crumbs, eggs, and mixture in a large bowl. Mix well.
* Shape into a loaf on an ungreased sheet pan.
* Spread ketchup evenly on top.
* Bake for an 1 - 1 1/2 hours, until internal temperature is 160 degrees and meat loaf is cooked through.
